Yup! Hi Sam!
What are you doing back here?
I can’t come back? I have an apartment here, it’s not like I’m going to leave that alone.
Right.. You know, I’m surprised you actually seem.. glad, to see me.
Well, yeah. I’ve been gone for how long, traveling around the world? It’s nice to be back home. I learned a lot, traveling. I never knew there were so many people.. I feel so.. small now.

adam-freakin-milligan replied to your post: Hmm.. Aurora seems to have stayed the same. Odd. …
Nothing has changed here, that’s for sure.
Oh man. How are you Adam? Everything alright?
This town is picking back up. I wonder where everyone had gone…

Crowleys brows furrowed for a moment, before he pushed his tongue through his lips, then looked at her, “I do.” he spoke curtly. Nodding as she asked about the story, “The glass slipper, yes. Grimm brothers version is significantly different than those of what you hear here in the states.” He let out a single laugh, “Do you know the story?” He paid for the book, then turned towards her, entwining their fingers together, he led them back outside. Smiling a little towards her, he nodded, “Of course I will.” He glanced around the town, “Are you hungry?” He titled his head toward her.
“Significantly different? How different then? All I know is the cartoon version with the talking mice..” Lailah asked, a soft giggle coming from her lips as she smiled. Watching him pay for the book, her smile became larger as their fingers became entwined. Nodding her head, she gripped his hand a bit tighter and tugged slightly. “Yeah, just a bit..” Lailah grinned before feeling and hearing her stomach growling at her. “Make it a lot bit hungry..”

Crowley smiled as he watched her smile, the happiness that covered her face was enough to cause him to be happy in return. He glanced at the book and nodded, “I have. They’re quite twisted.” He let out a laugh, “Don’t expect them to be happy. The Grimm brothers were very unique in their version of fairy tales. The first one I had ever read was Aschenputtel, or Cinderella. Very gory.” He admitted with a laugh, “But, of course you can.” He smiled and kissed her forehead. “You can get whatever you wish.”
Lailah nodded and clutched the book to her chest. “Oh, awesome! I mean, I don’t mind the twisted.. remember what I did? I.. I know twisted..” she paused for a moment before shaking her head and continuing. “Cinderella.. the.. the girl with the glass slipper? Right? But thank you! I really want to get this.. you should show me your favorite one! We can read it tonight!” Lailah beamed as she bobbed on her heels, kissing Crowley on the lips. She was a child inside, but it was all because of her curiosity and her want to know. This trip kept getting better and better.

Crowley let out a small single laugh, “Probably.” He smiled and listened to her, not paying much attention to the books just yet, “Possibly. There could be a number of reasons, but I’m absolutely perfect not questioning them.” He pulled one of his hands out of his pockets to grab a random book, and then his other hand pulled out, to finger through the pages. “You do make me happy.” He glanced at her from the side, and smirked at her. “You don’t give yourself enough credit.”
Lailah opened the book and closed her eyes when he told her that she made him happy. A large grin filled her face as she looked over at him from her book and blushed. “Well good. I’m glad I make you happy. You should be happy all the time,” she reasoned, her head tilted to the side as she turned her attention back to the book before shutting it. Placing it back on the shelf, she found a copy of Grimm’s Fairy Tales and showed it to Crowley. “Have.. have you read these? There’s this one girl in Aurora, a redhead, she’s always talking about fairytales and stars..” Biting her lip, she smiled softly. “Can I get it? It looks old and good..”
